Rick Randolph
Chief Operating Officer
Rick is the founder and driving force behind Safe Choice Security, bringing decades of real-world expertise in protective services, investigations, and corporate security leadership. His career has been shaped by a deep understanding of what it takes to protect people, property, and operations in high-risk environments—from construction sites and critical infrastructure to complex business settings.
Known for his practical, hands-on approach, Rick has led security teams, developed workplace violence prevention programs, conducted behavioral threat assessments, and partnered with organizations to create solutions that are both effective and sustainable. His work focuses not only on responding to incidents, but on preventing them through planning, training, and proactive risk management.
Rick’s leadership reflects Safe Choice’s core mission: delivering professional, dependable security services that clients can trust, anytime, anywhere.
Under his direction, Safe Choice Security continues to provide advanced mobile surveillance, on-site protection, and modern security strategies designed to keep communities and businesses safe.
Apen-Diqaw “Natalia” Robins
General Manager
Natalia Robins is an experienced security operations leader with over a decade of proven success in the private security industry. Known for her strong communication skills and coaching-based leadership style, Natalia has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams while maintaining excellent client relationships and service standards.
As General Manager at Safe Choice Security, Natalia oversees daily field operations, employee recruiting and onboarding, performance management, and full administrative functions including invoicing, payroll, and accounts management. Her ability to adapt quickly through organizational change, while keeping teams motivated and operations running smoothly, has been a key driver of both client retention and company growth.
Prior to Safe Choice Security, Natalia served as an Account Manager with Allied Universal Security Services for more than 10 years, managing security operations for a major health insurance client. In this role, she acted as the primary liaison between client leadership and internal teams, ensuring compliance, resolving issues, and delivering consistent service excellence.
With strengths in leadership development, strategic planning, HR, and operational execution, Natalia brings a detail-oriented, client-focused mindset to every aspect of her work — helping organizations stay secure, supported, and prepared. Natalia is a California BSIS qualified manager and an active member of the Kashia Band of Pomo Indians of Stewarts Point Rancheria out of Sonoma County.

Mobile Surveillance Units Manager
Peter Hallin is Safe Choice Security’s Mobile Surveillance Units Manager. He is responsible for builds, deployments, maintenance and manages the MSU monitoring teams.
